After a connected exercise with the app:
moonbird stops automatically at the end of an exercise.
Tap ‘Finish’ to store data. After 10 seconds moonbird goes back to sleep.
After a standalone exercise without the app:
Take your thumb off the sensor.
After 10 seconds your moonbird will automatically fall asleep.
