If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, no worries, we're here to help.

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Your item must be undamaged and in the original state, that is the same condition that you received it.

  • Your item must be in the original packaging, including all accessories (protective bag, charging cable).

To return your purchase, please email us at, and inform us about the reason for the return.

Once the moonbird arrives at our fulfilment centre and is processed, we will carry out the refund. You should receive the money in your account within business 7 days.
