To fix connection issues with your smartphone, can you double check the following points:
Make sure you have your moonbird device with you and give it a little shake. You should see a green blinking LED light. If this is not the case, please contact the support team via firstname.lastname@example.org or the chat function on the website.
Make sure not to place your thumb on the sensor, otherwise the moonbird will go in standalone mode.
Make sure your moonbird is fully charged
Kill the moonbird app and restart
Make sure to download the latest version of our app in the Appstore (iOS) or Playstore (Android)
Turn your Bluetooth off and on again
Turn your phone off and on again
Double check that no other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone. If so, try to turn those off for a while.
Please try to follow these steps as carefully as possible to establish the connection between your phone and your moonbird.
